These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using Colorvari (the "App").
The App suggests color combinations based on the colors you choose. All suggestions are generated on your device and are never sent externally.
The App uses advertising services such as AdMob. You can stop ads from being shown by purchasing Premium (ad removal, saving, and My Colors).
Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks ad removal, saving, and My Colors together. Once purchased, it remains available permanently for the same Apple ID. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
You must not use the App for any illegal or improper purpose.
The App is provided "as is". The developer is not responsible for any outcome of using the suggested color combinations.
The developer may change these Terms without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.
